My son was born in July 2020 in Vietnam, exactly 9 months after we married. Do I need to update or upload my son birth certificate to let USCIS know about that?

Update: NVC created my case number after approval, paid the fees and submitted all the document couple of days ago. now waiting to be documentary qualified.
