It's been over 9 months since we received the NOA1 (Dec 21st) at TCS. So I just tried to create and inquiry on USCIS's website.

And it said: "Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage. If you have other questions regarding your application or petition, contact USCIS Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 or 1-800-767-1833 (TTY)."

How is everybody doing?

so they are rejecting the inquirey? What is TSC time-line right now? Thats odd because according to the website timeliness it looks like you are past. ??

I'm on the same boat as you, but mine is at Nebraska. They are not allowing to make queries if you made a query recently.

Im still waiting for my NOA2, I have also tried to submit an outside normal processing time query and have received the same response. I cant make another as I have already made one before. This is very frustrating.

Got the same response as before.

About your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative.

Our system shows that a Service Request was created by you on September 08, 2020, regarding the status of your I-130 petition. Your Service Request was assigned to the St. Louis Field Office and given Referral ID number #########.

The St. Louis Field Office responded to your Service Request on September 18, 2020. Their response stated:

The status of this service request is:

Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning the status of your case. Your case is currently being transferred to Saint Louis Field Office for review. You do not need to do anything at this time. If we need anything from you, we will mail you a request for evidence. When we make a decision on your case, we will mail a notice to you or your representative at the address you gave us.

Please note that our processing times at www.uscis.gov/processingtimes are general estimates. Individual processing times vary. If we send you a request for evidence, your case will take longer. It's important to follow instructions carefully and submit a complete application the first time.

We know that waiting can be difficult and we are committed to processing cases as quickly as possible.

So sorry to hear this. Did you mail your petition? I did our petition online and all we're waiting for is our interview.  We received oyr NOA2 in 4 months, seems like mailing takes forever.

Yes we mailed our petition ... does that matter ? we got our NOA1 in like 2 days...

I sent a message to the immigration officer via my uscis account asking why its taking so long and all i got was that our application is still within "the processing time range" and can only submit a query only when our date on the website passes !! 😔

I checked this morning and still no date changes or touches 😪

Thats terrible !! I don't know why you aren't able to submit an "outside processing time" query...

Do you have a USCIS online account ? They usually reply pretty promptly ...
