Hi VJ friends, i applied for my parents last year on December 19, 2019 and i just check processing time for Nebraska SC and it says they are working on  December 29, 2019 cases, do i have to be worried?

We received RFE and I understand what we supposed to submit. But anyone can help me here that should I send them my personal statement as well which will be explaining how we are keeping our relationship nowadays as my wife is living in different country. Or anything which supports my case.?????

Hi Guys, I did inquiry online and USCIS replied that they are transferring my mothers case to my city field office. is it normal?

 

The status of this service request is:

Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning the status of your case.

Your case is currently being transferred to Saint Louis Field Office for review. You do not need to do anything at this time. If we need anything from you, we will mail you a request for evidence. Hello! So we got out case number from nvc 10 days ago and on uscis website it used to be" my case was sent to the department of status" and now it says"my cas was reopend on september 21". How can they sent the case back if we already got or case number..what does it mean

Have you called NVC and check the status with them?  I wouldn’t be paying too much importance to USCIS when your case has already arrived at NVC.

We called uscis yestarday and they said everything is fine they just had to check something thats why they reopend the case and they approved it again yesterday, so now we got 2 approval notice, i guess i shouldnt worry
