We requested an expedite due to financial hardship due to COVID-19 on the 20th July and still have not heard anything back. Does it mean its not approved if you dont hear anything back?

We have tried to get hold of the USCIS for the past few weeks and still cant seem to get hold of an agent. Should we contact our service center directly maybe?

What is the issue that you are having. Are you unable to wait for the agents?

Unfortunately yes, waiting is the problem.

Waiting for the agent to get status is the least you can do about your case

So we have some news at least. We have managed to get through to an agent and he did say we should be receiving our NOA2 soon. Unfortunately we have been denied for our expedite but there is a way we can plead our case which we are going to do this week.

Hi everyone,

I need a help and my case story is different. We applied on 31st of December. But on 27th of July uscis updated my status and it says RFE request has been cancelled. Then I was waiting for the result. I contacted the uscis they said its been cancelled.

Today I checked my case status through uscis portal and it says RFE is required and the date is 3 of September . But notice has been created on 30 of July.

I checked the case status through uscis case status tracker website and it shows the same old status your RFE has been cancelled on 27th of July.

Anyone here who can assist me on this.

Thanks

Sounds like you need to wait until Monday and call UCSIS again and speak to a tier2.

If it was sent to an US domestic field office there a very high chance that your I-130 was incorrectly filled out.   In the about the beneficiary section the answer to the question about where the beneficiary is going to AOS should be n/a

It is rare but they may be asking to interview the petitioner.
