I’m approved last april 21, 2020 and june 30, 2020 the nvc received my approved case and last two weeks ago I make case inquiry and the response is like this. What does it mean about this?

It’s means they are performing extra security checks.. sometimes they randomly pull files for AP and sometimes either the petitioner or beneficiary has something in their background they need to dig deport into.. sadly, you cannot expedite AP. When it’s complete your case will continue as usual

I recall I typed “representative” in Emma and it connected me to a live chat with an agent.

is this mean my case is transferred to California without letting me know? if so, California processing time is 5-7 month/Jan 2020. my pd date is Dec 2019. I can call them right?

How did you get the above? Did you file an inquiry with USCIS?

I sent them a message on uscis webpage after log-in
