Our case just got approved! Oddly enough our case status still says in process and under review, but in the documents section I noticed the approval document is uploaded!

Filed Online: 12/09/2019

NOA2: 04/24/2020

Texas Service Center on NOA1. Potomac on NOA2.

Updates: Feb 23, March something, April 12, April 24, and April 27.

Love seeing all these December approvals! So exciting.
 

Our PD is December 24th 2019, NOA1 December 30th 2019, last case update was on February 9th 2020. We are doing consular processing, US Citizen petitioning for spouse, with our case at Potamac (no transfer).
 

Can anyone guess when we should expect to hear something?

Hello guys! I'm shocked !!! My case was approved yesterday!

 

NOA1: Dec 27th 2019

NOA2: Apr 28th 2020

Nebraska Service Center (originally on NOA1) --> Transferred to Texas (that's the center on NOA2)

 

I went into our account in USCIS some time ago and noticed the date was "updated" on Apr 8th, didn't think much of it as I saw lots of people's cases get updated.

Today I saw the date was changed again and in "Documents" I saw the approval :D 

 

At first I saw the blue "Closed Case" which scared the heck out of me but all is good:

Congratulations on the approval, is it for parents? Also did you move to get you case transferred to TSC? My case is also in NBC and my PD is 19th December. Your approval got my hopes up.

Thanks! No, it's for spouse :) And we didn't move or anything, we both live in Europe. Also we applied online, I don't know if that matters.

 

I hope your approval comes soon too!!!
