Bigger consulates will split up the types of interviews to certain days or times.  This can affect overall scheduling but not usually in significant way - usually a few week lag.   But also there are certain visa types that schedule their own interviews. Holes might open up based on cancellations.  If you are waiting because it is up to the NVC to schedule based on consulate availability, you just have to wait.  Consulates usually send NVC appointment blocks once a month.

Thanks for your response!

Hello everyone,

I have interview for the end of this month. Does anyone know how fast the medical results get to the embassy ? I am a little worried that my husbands medical exam is too close to the interview date and come the  day of the interview they have yet to receive the medical results.

Also does anyone know iif the evidence that we bring to the interview have to be in a clear folder or can we bring it in a manila folder?
