Yes, We did after one month late from I-130 approved. cuz we were not received W/L from NVC yet.that' why we did call and email them. First. to call them some times but we couldn't catch them  on phone call, that' why I sent NVC  email while waiting W/L. but no reply here. result we received an email of the reply from NVC after received W/L. I think that NVC is honest and kind us cuz they gave us reply to my email even though we've received W/L.

Hoping it above would be helpful for you and someone and Thank You.

So which one it is? The beneficiary? Or the petitioner?

Does the petitioner or beneficiary gets communication from NVC after I-130 has been approved?

I think that NVC will reply someone  who is sender  even if who was petitioner or beneficiary.

Good Evening everyone our I-130 was approved last August 27, 2019 but until now we dont have WL and case number, we try to call them but nobody answer for 2 hours, thank you for any advices

Dear vicegovnanding11

Likewise it was so hard to contact to NVC on phone call. Almost impossible to talk them on phone call in our case,

That's why we've sent to NVC an email. It was not quickly though we've got email reply from NVC.

I think  you should contact uscis and ask to talk with the supervisor... Mine had stayed at uscis for four months after approval... so when we contacted the nvc they told us that they had not yet received our case so we started contacting the USCIS almost every day until the finally sent the file to nvc

If I was you , I'd like to contact to USCIS also as Gakiee wrote above.

Then ask USCIS when my case has been transferred to NVC from USCIS ?

Omg sorry, I mixed up, beneficiary . but its case by case,

I think that NVC will reply someone  who is sender  even if who was petitioner or beneficiary.

Ah. So they will use the same emails in given in the I130 application because there hasnt been direct communication with NVC at this stage right?

I was kinda worried that they would send the welcome letter to me only, the beneficiary, by mail. And i live thousands of miles away plus that address has changed! So if my wife gets the welcome letter in the email thats a big relief.

Hello LewsTT,

Sorry for that I'm not sure the method of  immigrant  at all and How many email address NVC has.

but see bellow URL; NVC informed us how to contact to NVC ↓

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/contact-us/us-visas.html

Where address and email -address NVC will  post it out and email  you welcome letter , I think it's depend of the kind of VISA and where petitioner and beneficiary live in.

When we call NVC, we could't talk to them on phone call due to they were so busy.

So I've sent an inquiry email to NVC.

but we couldn't get reply of them shortly.

As you can see from the following URL

NVC wrote that Current email response time:As of 2-MAR-2020, we are responding to emails received on 6-JAN-2020.

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

and likewise I was researching How can we receive W/L from NVC.and Which way NVC sent W/L by email only or letter only of for both ?

Result someone wrote, BOTH . Received email first then the W/L catch you up,

and someone advised me if you contact to NVC , Ask and get YOUR CASE Number first.

Thanks
