REJECTED FILE IN NVC

Me (applicant) and my husband (petitioner) received an update to CEAC and email from NVC, see details below;

 

From NVC: "We are unable to accept multiple document types combined. Please separate these documents and submit each document under the appropriate document type."

 

but some of our documents is accepted. 

we re-upload the documents and submitted it again, but it's been 3 weeks since we re-upload it. Just wondering how long does it take to review it again? Is it another 60days or 90days? . Thank you so much for the answer.

Yes. Will take 1 month or more. I know, is horrible!

For which documents they said that and What are the documents did you combined together?

@JK1880 Hello, only the tax return file (Federal Income Tax) and the rest is accepted. They just advised us that we need to separate different document types.
