Hi guys -SRC filer

Feb-2019 

18 month extension received two weeks later

Sept 2019-recieved fingerprints waived.

Oct-Notice to appear for fingerprints for November 13th

Nov 14th fingerprints under review

Checked old website today and now as of Dec 10th : On December 10, 2019, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRCXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by January 9, 2020, please go etc. etc.

 

Hoping it got transferred to a service center thats faster.....anyone else on the same boat?

A couple of people from Nov/Dec 2018 got transferred after filing for N-400. 

You are the first one i have seen transferred without any N-400 application for SRC. Good luck! Hope this means that your case will move faster.

 

01/09/2019  Mailed ROC package via FEDEX to Lewisville,Texas

 01/11/2019  Package delivered to USCIS office

01/16/2019  Received text message with service center as SRC

01/17/2019  Status on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ as accepted. Check submitted electronically to my bank. Not cashed yet.

01/18/2019  Check cashed electronically. 

02/07/2019  Called USCIS regarding non delivery of receipt . They asked me to call back after 30 days have expired since delivery

02/11/2019  Called USCIS again regarding non delivery of receipt. Mentioned that license will expire along with greencard on 02/28.

                        The lady filed a request on my behalf so i could schedule infopass.

                        I separately also filed e-request(https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndn) 

                        by choosing I-751 and other option , before calling USCIS just in case.

02/13/2019 Got callback from USCIS that infopass cannot be scheduled,but they will mail

                       a duplicate notice.

11/08/2019 Biometrics got completed

03/24/2020 Case status got changed to card being produced

So i just recieved another notification on the online portal that my case was Received at my Local Office-not a service center. My local office is Dallas,TX and based on the processing time not looking too good ugh.  Haven't received the mail notification yet.

We're SRC and we were transferred to our local office on 3/14/19 without filing N400. We've been waiting for our interview to be scheduled since 9/18/19.

Medical scheduled: 02/20/17 and  Fingerprints scheduled: 02/21/17
Appointment at Mexican Consulate:02/22/17 AP due to unresolved court case in U.S that we were assured was no longer an issue😭
U.S judge finally accepted plea in absentia and signed paperwork arrived at Mexican Consulate:04/20/17
Visa approved: 04/25/17 Visa ready for pick up in Mexico City: 04/28/17
Hubby is home!!!: 05/01/17😊

Case transferred to MSC: 3/14/19

Received biometric appointment letter for 9/11/19 on 9/5/19

Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview:9/18/19    Interview/approval:2/4/21. Card arrived:2/11/21

I am guessing the decision was made that you will be having an interview. Thus, they transferred your file to the most near by office to your address so that they can invite you for interview after it gets scheduled.  Please let us know what they tell you in the letter or when you find out.

Hi guys, well i received my letter this past Monday and my case was actually transferred to Potomac Service Center in Virginia. We already had interview when going through AOS, I am CR6, from processing times Potomac is at 15-16 months. Hopefully we hear something soon.
