A.O.S still showing PAY NOW after Payment

Hello, i need your help.

   So yesterday when we payed for the Affidavit of support fee on CEAC site, it wrote processing. 

   We checked again few hours time just for confirmation and it wrote PAY NOW again, when we had already payed and saw processing. 

   Has this happened to anyone? Is this normal? Should we be worried? Should we pay again? 

    I will appreciate your swift response.

As you payed yesterday CEAC/NVC probably still didn’t received the confirmation of payment from your bank . It can take few days to show “paid” and allow you to start uploading documents .

dont pay again if already did ! 
If you have any doubt call NVC to have the information 😊
