Police certificate clarifications - Help

I have a little confusion about it.

 

So for me, I need to provide my police certification (from Hungary) at the embassy stage, its clear.

Bur for the petitioner too? Or he need to provide with the i129f?

 

And is this the correct page he can order it in the US? The first section?

The petitioner does not have to submit any police certificate from the US. They do background checks on the petitioner.

The petitioner has to disclose if he has criminal history, though.

No police cert is needed for the petitioner....only you, the applicant.

Have you lived in any country for more then 6 months since age 16? If so you will need a PC from that country.
