Hi. I am currently filling out the I-864 and I am quite confused on part 3. (information about the immigrants you are sponsoring). We have a daughter and she is already a US citizen before we came here. Should I still include her name on the list? I read on the instruction that for items 4.a-28 you should list family members who are immigrating more than six months after the principal immigrant.

Your daughter is a US citizen so she is not being sponsored.  If you have any foreign born kids that need sponsorship than you should include them
