I-864 Household Sponsorship question

I am in the process of preparing the I-130 and I-864 application for my wife in China.  On the I-864 page 4 Prt 5 Sponsors houseold I m only listing myself and my spouse because we will be the only two living in my house when she comes here.  But when I look at part 6 Person 1 and 21 I am thinking that I need to list my daughter who will partiall sponsor my wife.  Financially it isn't necessary for her support to live but once I do all my legal tax deductions my adjust gross income is barely above the poverty line and I won't qulify to bring her in that regard.  So my daughter has agreed to help support my wife especially if something should happen to me where I can't produce good income.  The sentance I get stuck on is on page 4 second column just below #7. "Income you are using from any other person who "was counted" in your household size."

Here is the question, Should I claim my daughter in part 5 as part of the Sponsors houselhold size?  She has her own place to live and makes great money.  She is in no way a dependent.

My head is spinning.  I'm not sure what to do.  I am going between this site and uscis trying to understand this I-864.  I'm not sure whether to claim my gross income of my adjusted gross income.  If it is gross income I don't need a co-sponsor.  If it is adjust gross income then I do.  Then to top that off I don't know whether the co-sponsor should complete a I-864 or a I-864A.  All of this is clear as mud to me and I have spent hours today trying to understand and I simply don't.  Why must things be like this?  Can anyone clear this up for me?

Depends what you filed. 1040ez or a normal 1040.

A joint sponsor signs a completed I-864.

A household member signs a completed I-864a.  Decide which one is most appropriate for your situation.

Correct, but if just now filing the I-130, the I-864 comes much later at the NVC stage, only AFTER the I-130 is approved.

OK so Now I'm back to this that pushbrk said, "Depends what you filed. 1040ez or a normal 1040.

I filed the 2018 1040 tas form.  So I don't know whether everything is don't on total income, line 6, before deductions or the Taxible income, line 10.

Can anyone tell me which line I need to use?

Line 6, total income, is what you put in the tax section.  If you are self employed, that is also your current income.  Are you employed or self employed.  Please note that the I-864 is filed a year or so from now.  It needs to reflect current data at that time.  Anything you do with it now, is "practice" for later.

Thank you as always puchbrk.  Line 6 is relief in that I will not need a co-sponsor.  I did manage to figure out that I could be almost a year before hey need the iI-864 but I'm hoping for June or July.  The I-130 is completed except I am waiting for the translated material and plan to mail everything out 12/16.  Third times a charm they say.  I hope this is our last time, don't think me or my wife can take another denial.  We've got a lot accomplished so I think it will work this time.
