O-1 visa for Uruguay

Hi everyone! 
I’m Eva, so here is my story. My father was hired to work una solar protect in NY. We start working with a lawyer  in February. From that point until August my father and I were doing all the paper work( recommendation letters, easy about his extraordinary skills in engineering) the lawyer just submit the filling the 15 th of October, we haven’t paid premium. 
the thing is that on 30 th of October migration ask for more information. We have just finish with all needed. 
 

it’s it normal to take so long about this visa, is nay complications recently? 
 

if I get premium , how long does it take from where we are, to finish al the process?

That is a normal processing time. With premium processing you will get a response in 14 days. Did the lawyer at least say you have good chances and counsel you on the letter writing?

Yes, she said we had chances of success. And yes, she check all the letters before filling them. 
So you said if we upgrade to premium now, we can have a response in 2 weeks ?  And finish all this ?
