I checked my civil documents in CEAC account. My spouse passport her picture is not clear. Can I upload new one. Does delay my documents to review?

It is best to provide all clear documents including picture. If you send a new one... it resets your submit date.

I didn't. Wait till NVC accept my documents or reject my wife passport if they reject I will upload new one. Maybe this way better to accept the new one faster. What you think?

You can wait, if you need to submit new documentation you might not have to wait as long. Some people are getting DQ a few days after 2nd submit but some are waiting weeks. It is hard to tell.

Yes I know. I submitted my documents 5 weeks ago. I Just wait. Because I asked NVC she said will reset submit date

May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail

September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Yes, mine still says that even after I have submitted documents. I think that it will only update once the review the documents.
