We filed in 2016, I was   I was 51 then, he was 31.      Took nearly 3 years due to we filed AOS from a expired visitors Visa, and the Houston USCIS office is very backed up.

We had 2 interview, cause I believe the 2nd interview was 15 months after the first one.   The second was a Stokes interview, just 2 or 3 questions, and lasted maybe 5 minutes.

They asked how many dogs we have?, who walks them?, and if either of us smoked cigarettes.

Few weeks  later they issues us a NOID,  they wanted my registered divorce certificate from Egypt,  we got it within a few weeks, then 3 weeks later my husband was approved for his 10 year green card.

But age was never mentioned  at any point of the 2  interviews.  Maybe  cause I don't look like I'm  in my 50s and my husband looks much older in person & he is very mature .

Sorry, meant to say, few days later, not few weeks later...................

Even if someone doesn’t appear to be their stated age, the officer definitely has that info.   Had it been a consular interview, the subject of having kids may have come up also.

They already knew we were in process of adoption.
