difficulty with AOS.

i already uploaded the AOs and it says uploaded but i can not submit. whats the  problem?

all you need to do is upload, the rest is now left for NVC...theres nothing to worry about

So it shows uploaded.when you click "submit".nothing works.Are you saying it will be sorted by NVC like that without clicking submit

Did you upload ALL required docs?

 

I think you can upload but the submit does not trigger till all required docs are uploaded which for financial docs are: I-864, Transcript/return. I would say W2 is also required but the cEAC categorizes it under optional

 

I think you still have to click submit eventually.

All docs have been uploaded.just I-864 and federal income tax returns.It shows uploaded for both.

I know I had to click submit for sure.

 

What browser you are using, try firefox instead of chrome. CEAC bugs out a lot on chrome .

 

With Firefox I only get the Catpcha once and not twice like in chrome.

FYI, you are still gonna need W2.

 

If you filed your recent taxes as single, its either Transcript OR Return and W2

 

I have still heard of NVC seeking W2 after transcript so i would say go and upload it 

 

If you filed your recent taxes as MFJ, its either Transcript and W2 or Return and W2.
