You can edit the photo so that it prints 2x2 on a website and just use a quick print station at Walmart or Walgreens etc.

I don't know if it's still the case, but back in 2018 when I was putting together the petition I was able to upload an image file Anastasia sent me to walmart.com, order passport photos, and pick them up at the local walmart in an hour or so.

I printed “passport “ photos for me and my fiancée at Walgreens  and they charged around $30 for them. I decided I better have a few extra printed and asked them to print as 2x2 instead of “passport” photos. The cost was $3 😊

wish I had said that to them from the beginning. Also I guess Walmart would have been ok if they weren’t “passport” photos
