Hi all, 1st time posting here. So I just check on the CEAC web, its says that NVC reviewing doc submitted on oct 21. This is so confusing to me since i remember that the website was down for 1 week and the 22nd was the first day people were able to submit doc.  I m praying for a miracle this week since my doc. Were submitted on the 22nd. And by the way, that was one doc i had to resubmitted since the rest was accepted on September 9th.

There maybe some countries or cases that still do paper/email submissions.

Also the date just means that the oldest file still pending review is Oct 21. It is likely they are working a week or two ahead when you consider the average/mean/median or whatever...

Gsanon. This is so crazy how K1 process takes less time than marriage based visa. I m hoping to have him here by February if God's willing so we can celebrate his b-day together.

With the unrest that was going on in Haiti , it’s taking longer to get an interview
