My wife and I have been married since september. She moved to the states on a fiance visa. At the beginning of October we sent out her AOS paperwork. We received the NOA in October as well. We are planning a vacation to florida for February and we are wondering if she will be able to take a plane and if they will give her any trouble with flying since she doesnt have her green card yet.

Thank you

Yeah as NikLR said, you really have to take the NOA1 with you in case there are any questions. Its the only proof you have after the I94 becomes invalid. Only thing I would suggest tho. If your NOA1 is in the new name and she doesnt have her passport or ID with the new name, I would take a copy of the marriage certificate or name change document with you (depending on your name change laws of your state).

Not an issue at all. As long as you do not leave the USA then you will be fine. Just make sure you bring the NOA1 with you when you travel
