Hello everyone,

I am in the middle of filling out the I-129f form and am unsure about how to handle my address history. I was previously in school and stayed in a dormitory. In between on breaks I would stay at my parent address. Should I put down the dorm's address or my parents? I technically moved everything out in between. I have also stayed there off and on for a couple of months at a time in between my most recent address changes. Is this all information I should be including?

Thank you!

I would take your parents' home as your official address. Your dorm was not technically your home as you probably didn't get your mail there or intend to live there indefinitely. And since you only lived there for a few months, it says your intent wasn't living there.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.

definitely use your parent's address. that is your permanent residence. you never want your USCIS mail to go to a college. those are important documents.
