My medical was on 11 September this Year. And my Visa will expire on 26 April 2020.

My 2nd Anniversary will be on 10 March.
Now I want to enter to USA after my 2nd Anniversary. What should i do? My medical will also expire on 11 March 2020 because i had my medical on 11 september and medical expire after six months.

Can i enter to USA on 11 March? IF i enter to USA on 10 march on my 2nd Anniversary  will the give me IR1 status?

Your visa will expire on the day your medical expires. So March 11th would be the last day to travel. It might be a bit risky to go on March 10th or 11th in case that the flight get canceled and you won't enter in time but it will work. If you make it you'll get the unconditional card.

Ok so to be careful if I enter on 10 march will i get unconditional Card? What happens if i won't enter on 11th march? They will send me back? And then Will I need new visa? And start over all the Process?

Should work on march 10th cause it's already the first day of your third year. If you don't make it by march 11th you can ask the embassy for an extension but it's up to them and you'll need a good reason why you couldn t make it any earlier. Getting the unconditional card is not a good reason. If you don't get an extension you'll have to start all over again.

If you try to board a plane on March 12 or later you won’t even get past the check in desk at the airport with an expired visa.
