Hi I am trying to complete the DS260 on CEAC website however when I reach the 5th or 6th address and click on add another address. The website crash and will not respond. I am using Internet Explorer and my connection is fine. Does anybody had the same issues and know how to resolve this?

You have to get through it faster. It tends to time out after 10 mins.

Type out all your addresses beforehand then quickly copy and paste them. Also try another browser. Firefox worked best for me.

Took me about three attempts using this method.

Thank you , I am on my 8th attempts now, it’s really not easy. I have tried Firefox too same results

It is a speed challenge for sure. Get everything typed out so you can get it copied across  before it times out. Also I think I saved the document every few addresses .. at least that will still be in there when you get back into it.  We had a long period to get through ... we were in our 60s when we filed , so we had many many address changes across multiple countries !! 🤪

Wow I am glad I only had 10 addresses  I have managed to complete the form and saving every time I made a change. Thank you but it was a speedy process. Is my next step just submitting and waiting for them to ask for civicl document?

That’s great! I am still waiting on my police certificate, should I wait before sending my DS260 until I have it or can I send the DS260 and submit the police certificate once it arrives?

You can submit the DS260 now, as well as upload (but don't submit yet) all the rest of the docs you may have, and then when the police cert comes you can just upload it and then submit your civil docs after uploading the police cert (assuming you have all the rest of the required docs already uploaded by then)
