Moving after filing I-129F: Need to notify USCIS?

I am a U.S. citizen who filed an I-129F in early October. At the time, I was living in Hong Kong and my fiancé (a British citizen) was living in the Philippines. Since filing the I-129F, I’ve moved from Hong Kong to Manila to live with my fiancé while we wait for his K1 visa to be approved.

The mailing address I listed on the I-129F hasn’t changed, but obviously my current physical address has. Is this something I need to notify USCIS about? Also, will it help our case if USCIS knows we’re now living together?

Appreciate any advice on this, thanks!

Shouldn't present a problem, if your mailing address changes you will need to notify USCIS and USPS. I would suggest that you tread lightly on the cohabitation issue, depending in the Consular Officer (CO) at the interviewing embassy, they could construe your cohabitation as the two of you are already married and not eligible for a K1 Fiancee(e) visa, reject your K1 application, and tell you that you should apply for a Spousal visa, and have you start all over again.B-)

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

Only if your mailing address changes, you send the USCIS an address change request online. It's quite easy on their website. However, the fact that you moved to the Philippines has no affect on the adjudication of your I-129F petition. They will continue to proceed as normal. Just a word of advise: be sure that your mailing address is a reliable one.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.
