Hello, please can someone tell me what i can do, we are on an F4 family immigration visa, i was placed under AP and handed ds-5535.

90 days have passed now, and i have received 6 updated but still AP. MY MOTHER, FATHER AND SISTER received their visa and will be travelling before the expiry.

which means i will be left behind, is this normal or you think they will issue me a visa?

i am only 19 years and i was asked to submit travel history for the past 15 years.

thanks

Are you male? It’s very normal for young MENA males to be in extended AP. AP is an individual matter and each case takes as long as it takes.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

All you can do is wait. You can contact the embassy but it won’t speed up your case nor will they reveal any further details as the the nature of background checks they are doing. But if it puts you at ease to contact them, why not?
