Hello guys!

Finally I got divorced.

Its been tough but here I am. Alive😅

I have couple  questions.

Since USCIS is not obligated to issue RFE how do you think should I have to send them  my divorce decree?

And. I sent them my police clearance from my native country.

On the moment when I came to US it’s been 8-9 months old.

I did it July 2017 I think and came to US April 2018

I did new one. It shows that I don’t have any crime history till the moment I gone to America.

Should I send them this new one as well?

Thank you very much!!!

I would say wait and see if they request anything. Plus you can wait for interview, you can also provide these things to them during interview if they request. This is my understanding.

However, wait for knowledgeable people to response.

Good job!👌 fortunately, getting a divorce is not part of the requirements for i360 approval. It's not an evidence to send towards the approval of your case. However at the point of interview, some officers like to know your current status and proof of that. That said..you can always send a copy to Vermont..it will be documented. You'll also take it with you to your greencard interview just incase the officer asks for it.👍

So my understanding is I can file 360 today, and then 485/765 in about a month (USC husband). Do I have to wait till I get the receipt, and then add it to the application for 485/765? Will I also send the 485/765 to vermont even though they are going about 1 month after I send 360? Will they accept the forms sent this way or is concurrent filing only when they are all sent at the same time?

Wait the I-360 receipt to submit along with form I-485.

Send a copy of your Divorce decree to VSC with a cover letter and a copy of you I360 receipt requesting to attached it to your case. I did it, and they accepted. Send the police clearance too.

Do not wait for RFE

I went to an info pass today. My case is currently at my local field office (west Palm Beach) they had asked I filed an AR-11 that is missing.

I handed to the officer and he told me they do not handle this type of requests, I then told him how many times I sent it to Vermont without luck (reason why is missing from my file) and he said I don't have to file it at Vermont and just to follow the instructions in the second page of the AR11 form - I know he was wrong but didn't feel like arguing.

Ultimately, I told him how long I've been waiting and he made a photocopy and said he would place on my file and let the records department know I came to inquire about the status he also suggested me to keep my congressional help in order to speed my interview.

Only God know when I'll be getting my interview but we gotta stay positive through this journey.

Ask the congressperson to reach the USCIS to update your address.Mention that you mailed the change of address but USCIS didn't update at all.

I woke up to a RFE 😭😭😭😭

I hope it’s not anything I can’t supply. I didn’t send a police clearance from my home country so I hope that’s it.

Priority date July 16, 2018

Do not worry. Everything will be ok for you. Wait for letter. I hope and pray that it is approval letter instead of RFE

RFE is not such a bad thing..the way I see it. Look on the bright side my dear. Some officers don't give people chances to prove their case..you got one because the officer still believes in you..somewhat and is giving you an opportunity to get him on the same page with you.😊 look at it that way. Hey I got one too..but here I am today APPROVED!😀 you will too!👌👍
