Thanks, i sent mine last month and received receipt number last week.

Would you mind tell me after receipt number how long did they take to send the RFE to you?

They received my rfe response 35 days ago according to case tracker update. And I received the primafacie today. I am vawa applicant from outside US. Therefore wont be having any use for the prima facie outside US. I do pray you receive yours soon. I have read here that some people dont receive and still get approved. Also having received one is not a guarantee that vawa will be approved. But it does feel nice and gives hope to receive one and especially for those who need the benefits. Goodluck to you.

I went to an info pass today. My case is currently at my local field office (west Palm Beach) they had asked I filed an AR-11 that is missing.

I handed to the officer and he told me they do not handle this type of requests, I then told him how many times I sent it to Vermont without luck (reason why is missing from my file) and he said I don't have to file it at Vermont and just to follow the instructions in the second page of the AR11 form - I know he was wrong but didn't feel like arguing.

Ultimately, I told him how long I've been waiting and he made a photocopy and said he would place on my file and let the records department know I came to inquire about the status he also suggested me to keep my congressional help in order to speed my interview.

Only God know when I'll be getting my interview but we gotta stay positive through this journey.

hey guys I have a question regarding my work permit renewal. What should I put as my current immigration status on the form? I am awaiting my VAWA approval and I’ve never been a greencard holder. I also entered the country lawfully.

And i’m guessing that my eligibility category should be C09. Awaiting your kind responses. Thanks in advance!!

Pending I360

Category c9 eligibility. Correct. What are the options for status..

They gave examples like B2- visitor, F1 student, deferred action, no status etc. I was a B2 visitor but I’m thinking since I have a work permit and a prima facie wouldn’t it change to something like .. legal non immigrant or something idk lol

I know dear..it can be quite confusing. Lots of shifting meanings in immigration language LOL😀😀 anyway you were a B2 visitor..but looks like you're out of status..not certain which to put. Someone here mentioned pending i360 LOL ask Sandra. She should be able to give you the right option.

You are very active friends here and communicate a lot.
I told my story many times, I think many people know it
I first received a request for evidence in 1 case.
Then I got prima in the second case.
1 and 2 did not differ very much (but 2 was in more detail)
I yes, I live in Russia.

Case 1, I asked to cancel and they canceled it quickly.
I wish you all good luck.

I have I485 pending under I130 and still waiting for my I360 to be approved. I have sent in my working permit renewal twice now, and they replied with the 180 days extension letter. My EAD though expired since June 2019 and the 180 days extension has lapsed now. I have called USCIS but they won't give me any info - was told to contact vermont but I dont have a lawyer representing me. Is there something I'm not doing right to have my working permit renewed please?

Contact your congressman, ask them to check it for you. My EAD was approved a few day after my congressman sent them an inquiry on my behalf

08/2017 - Married USC

09/2017 - Application for I-485, I-765, I-131
