Thanks, i sent mine last month and received receipt number last week.

 

Would you mind tell me after receipt number how long did they take to send the RFE to you?

Can you please tell your timeline so far..i sent the RFE in December as well but heard nothing after that. How do they update about prima facie. And what did you send for RFE ..my RFE was same as yours. M August 2019 filler , NO EAD NO PRIMA FACIE YET

Hi there. Pls be informed that RFE is not a procedure, but that which is given as needed. Not everyone receives RFE. Most people just go straight to approval. You sound like you're expecting one..you may not receive it if your petition satisfies the officer.😊👍

Thanks for clearing that.

No i am not expecting RFE, i sent everything that they asked. But you never know anything can happened. I just want to know how long does it take to get the prima facie.

I received my prima facie together with my receipt notice back in 2017 when I applied. When they go through the initial check, and find nothing missing, they may send you the prima facie if not they may request for initial evidence. But we've seen cases of people not receiving PF and still got approved! PF doesn't always mean you will be approved in the end. It just shows the documents "seem" complete! It's upon further investigation that the case is either approved or denied!👍

Yeah i just received only the receipt number. Hopefully i will get the prima facie soon. I planning to use that for Medicaid if that possible.

Hi guys, so today after 22 months of waiting i checked my i360 status and this is what i saw. I am so nervous,  i hope it is something i can handle.  God help me!!!

Calm down and wait to get the actual letter! Only then can you know what they request from you! I pray with you it's something you can handle.🙏 I felt terrible myself when I received an RFE after 18 months of waiting patiently. Share with us soon as you know.

Also I forgot to add, the end is in sight! I was approved 60days after sending them my RFE! So be happy. ☺

The letter has all the benefits it provides..can't recall exactly as I never used any of them. Praying for you too.🙏 long journey, but worth it.😊
