Congratulations you have been approved 🙂

And your I765 has been denied because you will receive c31 category so there is no point for them to issue you 2 c31 EADs. Same thing happened with my i have c31 EAD and yesterday they denied my i765 based on c31 category since I already have one 🙂 I am waiting for the decision notice though ~ But congratulations

Very interesting! Looking like they have no intention of approving my C9 renewal. Ziongirl told me they denied hers since she was already close to having an interview! But now it looks like a confirmation..when they send you C31, they most likely won't be sending C9..it's okay.💁

What about your C31? They should be able to atleast extend it, otherwise they should just issue your green card and stop push you back and forth. We certainly can't really ever figure out what uscis is up to. 2 weeks after issuing my C31, all of a sudden, my I765 under C09 just updated to card being produced after waiting for about 9 months for them to renew. What do they want me to so with 2 EAD's?

Ok. Thank God. I was worried that your EAD was expiring soon. Your case is on auto pilot now. Even Satan him self can't stop the inevitable green card. Lol

Hello guys, thank you so much for all supports, comments and any kind of information that all people share on this forum.

I was confused according to my timeline:

10/11 I was leaving my abuse husband (USC)

11/26 I checked on CASE STATUS ONLINE that on 11/21 my case (I485) is ready to be scheduled for an interview, knowing that I quickly:

11/27 I sent AR-11, I360, I485, I765, I864W to Vermont

11/29 USCIS Vermont accepted my packet (according my USPS tracking)

12/05 there were 2 emails came, asking me to check my account in USCIS. It stated that:

•12/05 11/21 my case (I485) is ready to be scheduled for an interview

•12/05 interview cancelled for I485

12/09 New Card is Being Produced (according CASE STATUS ONLINE)

12/10 We approved your I765, if you don’t receive approval notice by XXX, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request (According CASE STATUS ONLINE)

While, Vermont didn’t send any I797 letter to me OR based on I130 that my husband did only state “Case Was Received” and I never come for any interview about our marriage.

Any explanation about that? Thank you so much guys. God bless!

Well approval notice usually comes within few weeks. I got my c31 card on Nov 13th and I still am waiting for my approval notice yet

thats amazing. They approved my renewal within 3 weeks as well 🙂

That's Amazing. My first renewal just expired and still waiting. What is funny is that My replacement card changed status to Transferred to another office (after a full year of waiting) LOL. Still nothing on both application for EAD. I am so frustrated

hi everyone, brand new member here and here comes my question;

my case was approved on january 3rd, 2019 after submitting rfe and currently waiting to be scheduled for the interview.

my advance parole is expiring on march 18, 2020. how soon do you think i can be scheduled? i wanna visit my country with my ap and thinking if they schedule me i can

come back before the interview. is it safe to do that? thanks.

p.s. it says current processing time is between 10.5 to 21.5 months for vermont center.

Congrats on your approval!👍 so what's your feild office for i485? Some people get interview 5-12months after approval...so I think you're really close! If it's a brief trip then you may go, otherwise you should just wait it out...💁I'm sure you'll be scheduled any moment now!

You can renew C31, until you received your Green card.
