I'm an August 2018 , 1-360 filler. The knowledgeable people of this forum are requested to inform me as to when I"ll get the decision/RFE approximately.?

WHY are you waiting to receive  an RFE? USCIS is not obligated to send an RFE anymore, it's discretionary. But if you saw in their website that they mailed you a request of evidence then you should get whitin 3/4 days.

Hello everyone,

I came to the US 2015 on a K1 visa, applied for VAWA end of 2017 with significant help from sandranj , got approved Sept. 2019, currently waiting on my interview for AOS. I have 2 questions

1- if I got my green card based on VAWA after how many years can I apply for citizenship, 3 or 5?

2- if I wish to sponsor a spouse from abroad, can I do it right away after citizenship or there is a wait time?

Thanks and best of luck for all

Then i think you should be able to do by yourself. Let me find out how can you do that. I know a friend of mine did that. However, i did not do mine, i had a lawyer to take care of that since it is very sensitive matter and might harm you big time in future.

Thank you so much for your help!
