Congratsssss I felt the same way last mth. Even cried!!

I don’t know what to do right now.  It feels like some gray clouds are clearing up in my sky.

How do I know about the interview date? Or any ways to estimate? I’m in CA

I know I should wait for my mail first probably but I just wanna think about my next step.

But is there a way to estimate approximately when I could get an interview date? 6months? 1 year?

After the I-360 was approved, how long does it takes to process the I-485? Where can I find this processing time?

Other thing, do I have to be divorced by time I get the Green Card interview?

Thank you

Thank you so much ..I really appreciate..there is something that I have learned from immigration thing .never put your mind on them just do what is right and always expect the unexpected and hope for the best ...cause to be sincere some of their ways of doing things is archaic ..I can’t just wait to be free from all these immigration backlash ..it sucks sometimes I just dnt let it show on my face ..I don’t let people know what I pass through cause that’s how you know a man ..thanks once again

My dear God will see you through, immigration issues is a big stress come to think of it this is ur life here in America without it u wouldn’t be happy at all., but don’t worry it will all work out step by step, just give them 3weeks and go back again , if it doesn’t show in their system then , give them another 2weeks .. DMV works with USCIS , if the USCIS confirmation doesn’t show in the DMV system they will never issues any DL to you even if the call the highest manager head of DMV he or she wouldn’t not be able to help in this very case ... how I knew is becos I was in the same 2018 November, I had to wait till February 2019 before it went through... hope it’s comes tru faster 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

@sandranj has refused to always reply my questions ,for some reasons that I don’t know ..well that’s not a problem ..I appreciate her for helping other people. But on my own matter I will never give up even if she dnt reply.i know she has so many people to reply ..but I can see her replying people right after I shoot my own message..just saying ..that won’t break me down cause am a strong 💪 man..I will keep asking other people ..

If you feel this way, then you should be having a private conversation with Sandranj on her PM, and not posting this in the public forum.

So first he said he would sign and just come to the court house with me so it goes fast then he says oh he’s out of state so now I have to just go through it alone putting it in the papers which will take a whole mth or 3. And I don’t understand why is it that my last name affects me working or getting my Dl. I’m still the same person my social number don’t change and to get a change of name it’s gonna take so long. I’m gonna be stuck without a job until I get divorce?

Hello my dear friends.
I already asked a similar question, but did not understand how to do it better.
Should I send AR-11?
I receive the correspondence to my address in Russia, from which I will send it to USCIS, but in my personal internet account there is the address of my ex-husband, and it can’t be changed to another country except the USA, you can only change the address in the USA.
Should I give them a letter with this form of AR- 11?

Do I should wrote an address in Russia?
Or should I leave it as it is ....

Thank you.

You need a lawyer to help you with the divorce.

In the US, you cannot submit documents such as a marriage license and establish your last name as XXXXXX and then you decide to make it YYYYYYY.  It is called Identity fraud.  That is why you need a legal document that states that you have the legal right to change your last name from XXXXXX to YYYYYYY.
