@Apolo No effect on your VAWA.... FAFSA is a federal School Aid, this is why you use your Prima facie.....   here is the link https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa to get more information. @sandranj has refused to always reply my questions ,for some reasons that I don’t know ..well that’s not a problem ..I appreciate her for helping other people. But on my own matter I will never give up even if she dnt reply.i know she has so many people to reply ..but I can see her replying people right after I shoot my own message..just saying ..that won’t break me down cause am a strong 💪 man..I will keep asking other people ..

I pray it comes tru for u ontime...

Amen to that. GOD'S ways are not the same as man's ways I always tell myself and have proven it at times in my own life. All glory to him.

The dmv lady is right . It’s the same thing in my state too . The DMV has to make a case for you and gives a case number and a DMV number you have to call after 5 days . All they have to do is confirm from USCIS if you’re in any kind of legal status before they issue you a temporary license or state ID.

This is happening because the Automatic extension start the date after your EAD expires not a day or week before, so you have to go after it expires so the extension will be in effect and it will be show on the system.

My friend who works at the drivers license office tried to pull my information it showed nothing, she just did the SAVE case check verification, gave me a number to call within 5 days . She actually called me herself that I can come anytime that the USCIS case check cleared . So, everything’s fine my dear .

I don't think she "refused" to answer, I am sure she is a very busy person and could not cater to everyone especially when she knows the question has been asked a lot of times repeatedly. Sometimes we just have to go back and read the previous thread and maybe find our answers there. And there are a lot of great folks here to help out as well. Good luck!

This might be true because each office has different wait time due to work load.
