I believe it depends on your field office! Some are clearly faster than others! As far as I know NYC has the longest wait times..so those of us here (NYC) have to be patient! We'll all get our GC at the appointed time.😊🙏

You can only work at a post office as a USC, or a green card holder

I did work with UPS with EAD and i was able to get the same USC position i think u can
