I think its better for you to download the text messages in text format or approach your mobile phone agency to download them and print them out for you. Screenshot messages may also be accepted but each message you screenshot should have a date and time stamp. In some articles that i was reading about screenshot evidences, they were saying that when you are screen shooting the text messages, you may be tempted to screen shoot only the messages that favor your narrative and leave other parts out. On the other hand, when you download, the entire conversation, it is more believable by whomsoever is reading it. So they preferred downloaded over screenshot messages. However,  Which ever one you decide to use, make sure every single text message has a date and time stamp.

Guys anyone can guide me the process of Vawa. I am about to file. I need to know which forms i needs to send and what documents do i need to send. If anyone guide me i would really appreciate that. Thanks and May God make it easy for all of us!!

I suggest you to read  at least the past 5 Vawa threads to have an idea about the whole process, but for vawa you just need to file form l360, if you have a pending l360 you don’t need to file form l485 now.

Gather affidavits from friends and/or family  who visited you and your husband.Talk to the landlord to see if he can give and affidavit stating you lived there with your husband.

I do not have a green card because LPR won't suit my case

Or first a request for evidence, and then Prima?

Is there any logic in this?

There is no one answer to your question..USCIS handles cases how they want..how they deem fit (discretion) their own pace..etc..we cannot influence their decision...you can only make sure you stand right and correct, which gives you more chances!💁
