Hi Guys!!! Hope everyone is having a wonderful holidays time!!!

I would like to hear some comments from you...

just got this update in my case today... I really don’t know what it could be...

it is an update in my pending I485 that USCIS put on hold when I had my second interview based on marriage and I presented the Vawa filed notice...

my point is... what they could need from a file that I got 2 interviews plus sent all Vawa package and it is already approved???

any idea??? Just came to my mind I-834w but I think they can request it during of after the interview... just guessing what they might need now... @sandraj @Stillwinning!!!😊I am all ears 😊

The only thing I can think of right now is i693!(medical update) The previous one should be expired by now...I was sent an RFEfor that too. So be patient and confirm when you receive it.👍

@Stillwinning!!!😊 well, that’s sounds reasonable, getting the medical update... mine one are already expired...did you already send it? If so, where did you mail it? Vermont... just asking because if the file is waiting for interview in the NBC... and VAWA is approved, where we supposed to send a RFE? Did your Notice has at the bottom the address where you have to send it?

thanks a lot!!!

The notice specifically states NOT to send/mail the updated medicals! It says to bring it along with me to the interview! I'm in N.Y. I don't know where you're@ might be different, as there was someone here from Chicago who had to mail hers before the interview. So here's what you can do..wait to receive the RFE, study it carefully then follow the instructions therein!👍

I don’t think is the medical, it usually says request for medical, I believe they want a missing document.

do not make assumptions, wait for RFE to know what they want so you can send the info requested. Good Luck!

@NeverGiveUp Nov17 Also be informed that my i485 status never updated to request for RFE at anytime after VAWA approval! I just received the mail requesting I update my medicals shortly after it was transferred to NBC(from NBC it will be transfered to your local office)..but hey while the RFE can be anything..be rest assured you will be asked to update your medicals since you stated yourself it is expired! Few people got RFE for birth certificate as well! So like I adviced earlier we wait to see what it is all about..😊👍
