Next step would be the transfer of your i485 to NBC and then to your local office for interview if you already filed i485!👍

Yes my i485 was filed in June 2018 along with my i360 both were filed together

congratulations 🍾 now a waiting tune to

get I485 Interview ser... some get Courtesy Letter some don’t until they get their Interview Notice. It is about 5-10 months waiting time for the interview to happen sometimes a bit longer...

 I am Nov 2017 filer and got my I360 approved in May 1st 2019, 2 week later got my approval letter... waiting for my interview... but my I-485 is from my marriage so my PD is back on June 2016...

Did you get a transfer notice already? Keep me posted if you don’t mind

@NeverGiveUp Nov17 do you in any way know if having a previously filed marriage based i485 makes any difference? The way I see it..after approval they all go back to the local office to join the queue! Didn't realise you're still waiting for your interview wow! I hope it happens soon for us all still waiting!🙏

It took on 2017 fillers approvals of 2018 around 5-10 months to get interview, on today’s date might be a bit longer...

I don’t know either when I will get a transfer notice compared to your timeline it is too early 

i will keep you posted if i get any news

Hello friends,

   I contacted USCIS about my EAD renewal (pending 485 with i 360) through the CS line 800-375-5283 and immediately informed me to write to VAWA in st. Alben to get the status on this case. I even asked for T2 officer or a supervisor and said no they won't able to help me. Anyone with a similar situation that can share their experience or info to help. I just received my 2nd prima facie.

Such a great morning, getting ready to go pick up my mom from the airport and got a txt that my EAD was approved. This is the C9, not a vawa approval yet but I’m so happy to be able to get back to work!!!
