Hello Everyone if anyone knows about this case, help would be very appreciated.

Last month I applied to renew my expired EAD based on my marriage with my ex wife, and in the mean time I had my green card interview based on my old marriage, I went to the interview and the officer put my i485 on hold until VAWA gets approved, but he denied the my ex wife petition since we are no longer together. about a week ago they sent me back the package that I sent to Vermont to renew my EAD based on my marriage with a 2 letters attached. I realized that I was missing a signature, I corrected that, but they are saying in the letter that I have to include fees to renew my travel and work permit, I am confused because this renewal is based on C9 that I applied while I was still married.

I think you just have to sign it, send it back with a copy of your NOA from the I-485. You can write a cover letter explaining that you are not including a fee because you have a I-485 filed.

08/2017 - Married USC

09/2017 - Application for I-485, I-765, I-131

12/2017 - Approval  I-765, I-131

09/2018 Renewal application for I-765, I-131

04/2019 - I-485 interview scheduled

04/2019 - I-485 denied, husband withdrew

05/2019 - Application for  I-360, I-485, I-765, I-131

12/2019 EAD, AP approval

07/2020 EAD, AP renewal sent to Vermont

10/2020 EAD, AP Approval

11/2020 VAWA I-360 Approved (C31 produced)

01/2021 I-360 status changed to case approved

03/2021 - I-693 deficient notice from national benefit center

Did you attach a fee waiver then? Since you're eligible... There are some folks that had to pay..I really don't know why💁 but I've never paid for renewal..ever! I just got approved for my 2nd and last renewal no fees! If you attached the waiver and they are still asking for payment, then pay!

Hi guys -

I have pending I-360 and 485 applications with the USCIS, filed Feb 2018. I also have a valid EAD. However, my I-360 application changed to "New Card Is Being Produced..." this morning. My questions:

- What does this mean?

- What card is being produced?

I'm a little confused, and a little googling provided different answers.

Hi guys, me again. So, within a day of getting the “new card is being produced”, my status changed to “USCIS Is Reviewing Correspondence...” I cant think of any other correspondence I’ve had with them except the last address change which was submitted end of August.

Should I be concerned by this change or is this standard?

thanks in advance for the help.

First you don't have to stress..It's not a standard message following the stage your case is at now..it probably has to do with address change..I say this because my attorney also submitted a change of address to Vermont and I also got that same update...I'm not certain but it either has to be that or USCIS is being messy as usual!💁

Did you track the mail to know when exactly they received it? It's usually very helpful! But from experience once they receive it, It's updated anywhere from 2 to 4 days...sometimes they don't even bother!💁

Hi dear

I just saw that today they have changed the status to having received the evidence.  Such a relief.Thanks. I bet it took abit longer because mine was send from outside USA.
