I received a RFE today and I am really confused, the list is much as if my attorney never submitted anything..

Evidence that I was married to my abuser

Evidence that my abuser is a citizen

Evidence that I am eligible for this classification ( I don't know what this means)

Evidence that we resided together

Evidence of suffered battery or extreme cruelty

Evidence of good moral character

Evidence of good faith marriage.

Has anyone ever received RFE as much as this?

I need your help pls

Thank God they even sent your RFE and not a denial letter. Your initially I-360 was a skeleton application, you should fire this lawyer with a writing statement, and sent this statement to Vermont along with all your proof being asked in this RFE, and to please change your address to your address.... This is very unprofessional on your attorney ends I will ask even for my refund.

Hi my dear friends.
Help me understand what this letter means?
This letter refers to Petition 1, which I canceled.

Thank you.

It simply means what it says! They're only trying to protect your case by keeping it as private as possible. If you want to know anything regarding your case, you have to write them a letter so they know it's you and not someone trying to keep tabs on your case!👍

seems like your attorney never submitted initial evidences to support your case or USCIS has misplaced some documents. Send it to them again

@Bold: these are evidences related to good moral, bona fide and battery/extreme cruelty related evidences

They ticked Evidence of person of good moral character

Oh.. then you only need to submit good moral character evidences. Submit police clearance report, affidavits from friends/family to show you are a good person, any affidavits from any community organisation you are associated with (church, voluntary/non voluntary organizations)

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone knows how long it generally takes after sending RFE for uscis to change status to having received the evidence. I send my evidence 14 days ago and upto now nothing has changed. The days are still counting. Is this normal?.

Did you track the mail to know when exactly they received it? It's usually very helpful! But from experience once they receive it, It's updated anywhere from 2 to 4 days...sometimes they don't even bother!💁

It's only one of those listed that was ticked ( evidence of good moral character)and I have been corrected on this forum immediately that it is the only evidence they want me to submit.
