There are gents as well 😂 and yes you can add those as evidences as well. I used messages ss as well

I understand (think) that these are two different things.
I do not have a green card because LPR won't suit my case

Am I mistaken?

It says self petitioning spouse. Means your ex spouse should be either citizen or green card holder for you to qualify for vawa

DS 260...DS 160  or other?

DS 160 is a basic visa application form. You are applying for study visa so it should be ds 160,.

There are gents as well 😂 and yes you can add those as evidences as well. I used messages ss as well

@natalysmile most of the stuffs you are worried about are only relevant when your i360 is approved. Just putting it out so you can do yourself a favor and relax some!☺

I also believe you are not asking about 'study visa' right? You are asking what documents you will be needing to secure entry here when your VAWA is approved! It's the reason I adviced one step at a time. VAWA approval alone takes a long time...there'll be time to cross the bridge when we get to the river!😁👍

Hello everyone!

My EAD will expire on March 28, 2020. I haven’t submitted my VAWA application yet, so the Nebraska office put it on hold. Should I renew my EAD this December 28, 2019 which will be 3 months before the expiration of it? Thank you

Since we're in the VAWA thread the impact is even worse and will backlog Vermont, most likely.

Apparently once a wava, always protected. I received LPR under wava back in 2016 and am now unable to speak to someone via hotline regarding my petition for my husband and my own N400. According to the reps on the hotline as soon as a new case gets linked to my account, it falls under confidential protection.

If Infopasses are not available anywhere, that means everyone will have to mail VT instead which will increase their workload
