Hello Family, 

 

Am August 2018 filler on my 2nd EAD, had one RFE for good moral right on first month of submission, we replied with police clearance and since nothing updated until today the website showed this message and started making me worried have to other place to share except you all. what can it be ?

They are probably working on your case again. Just wait until the letter arrives to know what it is. No need to worry now, could be moral character again, could be something else.

Day 7- No RFE letter received. I have a strong feeling, usps has sent it back to NBC as they have a missing digit on my attorney's PO Box address.

 

I have scheduled an infopass on Monday to find out about my RFE so that I can response on time and they can transfer my case to local office. May be i can get an RFE letter tomorrow..

 

If I want to update my address, do I have to send a letter to Vermont or NBC as VSC has transferred my case to NBS after vawa approval

It should be a good moral evidence from may be your home country or the cities you lived before.

Hello family, can someone please tell me what this is about. I got a notification via text and email from USCIS only to realize that it’s about my old case with my husband and not VAWA related. My husband had withdrawn his petition and all my applications have been denied so I don’t understand what card they are talking about. Please, anyone, can you shed some light here.

Is it I485? you have approved vawa?

It has nothing to do with my VAWA which has not yet been approved. It referenced a case number from my marriage based application but those applications (i485 and i765) were denied because he withdrew the i130. So what card are they talking about if they had denied all my applications based on the i130?

The case number is slightly different from my i485 application which ends in 1000. The case number they referenced here ends in 1003 and my EAD application case number or receipt number I should say ends in 1002. So I don’t know what this is for

It’s odd. Now I went to my USCIS online account and it’s saying i485 has the same receipt number but that’s not the receipt number on the letter they mailed me.

Hello House,

Advise needed, my one year Prima Facie expires on the 4th of March, I am yet to receive a renewal from Vermont. My Attorney says we should wait. I am using it to get financial aid for my education. Without it , my next Aid will not be released by March ending.

What can I do?  Kindly advise.

I will request it  ask your attorney to do so,  I did when my expired. They never sent it automatically to me as most cases.

the vawa processing time changed to 19 months to 24.5 does it mean people who submitted in 2018 go by this timeline or do we still go by the 18 months ?
