Hello family, glory be to the most high, my i131 travel document has been approved after 5 months  . Am so grateful to God. Please remember me in prayers, still waiting for i1360.

@Formykid You can file yourself..but since you already retained an attorney, he might as well file it for you...if extra cost is an issue..file yourself!☺👍

She won't ask for money. I'm affraid by the time for her to be able to give me an appointment, the daye will not be current. I will call her tomorrow depends on what she says. I will file by myself or i will go to her.

Thank you so much

Recently got my psychological evaluation (it is a whopping 30 pages long lol) so I will be filing sometime before the end of the month. The only thing still pending for me is police clearance from Texas since I now live somewhere else and this has been very frustrating but hopefully I am able to get it without having to go to Texas. I have to say, this is the most excited I have been in a long time. I somehow feel free already, meanwhile according to my mother, he is somewhere waiting for me to "come to my senses" and come home 😂I am so thankful for this option to self-petition. Would still be in my hell if not for it.

Hi

Since LPR spouse have to wait after approval to file i485. After you send the i485 do you have to wait for like 24 months to get an interview? Please.

Any LPR spouse here who went to interview already?

Spouse of an LPR visa are current for the month of February and March now in the Visa bulletin you don't need to wait to file your I-485... File it asap.
