It may not be viewed as two different responses when it's looked into..the documents were mailed in successions so the officer will know especially if your lawyer included a cover letter explaining the situation. If there's no cover letter..you/your attorney should write to Vermont with the missing documents explaining in detail your circumstance and the situation. It shouldn't be a problem.👍

Thank you so much!
I really appreciate your reply. I will check with my lawyer see if she put a cover letter with the second response.

It shouldn't be a problem,  Vermont  is very open to received new evidence mail they mentioned on the I-360 receipt, people sent evidence using the a blue paper that comes with prima facie and others with a copy of the receipt and they accepted, If RFE evidence are sent before that time frame is should be ok, A problem will be when RFE evidence are not in that time frame asked.

The important thing is to received all evidence the will completed the case.

Thanks a lot for sharing this info. I appreciate it. The deadline of my RFE  is early March. I hope it won’t affect my case. I was stress out when I found the two missing pages in my response package. I am glad that the Vermont center is open to new evidence.

 Thanks again for all!

Hello House,

Congratulations on the approvals.
I am August 2018 VAWA filer. I received an RFE in October 2018 and my lawyer said she sent in the additional evidence requested. I have not done any medical tests and haven’t seen a psychologist yet because my lawyer said I should hold on for now. I also have a pending asylum case.
My concern now is that my status has not been updated from additional evidence requested.
Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Every time I ask my lawyer, she keeps telling me USCIS said my case is pending.

Thank you for sharing. I sent once 8 months before I got RFE. The website showed they received correspondence and reviewing. But when I receive the RFE later, I saw the material list they showed me that I have submitted, they didn’t show the evidences that I sent later. I found the officer actually didn’t look at those later evidences, which make me worried.

Hi family,

hope all is well with everyone.
my question to you guys is after I submitted my RFE for police clearance from my home country how long should I expect to get an update from uscis? They are approving people from my petition month July 2018 but I got a RFE which I set them yesterday. I just want an idea. I know there are some people over here that had to do this before their approval.

thanks in advance and happy Sunday!

I submitted clearance in Sept 2019, got approved Jan 2020. But I filed Dec 2017, way before you, so you probably still have to wait.

Hey there, they usually make decisions 30-90 days after RFE response/receipt. In some cases it could even be earlier or as late as120days..for me I was approved 60days later! Set your mind to the 30-90 days timeframe. Believe and pray! You will be approved soon!☺🙏
