Am getting worried sick, I applied in July 2018, I have received my third Prima Facie about 3 weeks ago, no approval yet but have seen August approvals. I need your prayers family. I didn’t receive any RFE, I spoke to my friends attorney and he said it is not right that I have not received RFE so I should get my attorney to request for RFE. What do I do ??? Am loosing hope, my attorney is not being much of a help. I need your prayers, I have been through a lot.

You just have to wait . Nobody wishes RFE on themselves, you should be patient . Most immigration officers are faster than the others in adjudicating cases . You always have the option of contacting your Congressperson to inquire about your case .

Contract your congressman. Ask him/her to make an inquiry on your behalf and check the status of your case!

Does a vawa applicant have to receive a prima facie letter? I had an RFE and did not get any prima facie. Now, I sent the RFE response and my status changed to "back in processing". Will I get my prima facie? Are there cases you don't receive it but get I-360 approved? Is it discretionary to give prima facies?

Yea... I replied to my initial RFE aug 2019, status changed back to processing but no prima facia yet.  I will keep you posted/ update here as things move along!

I'm raising my eyebrows at the people asking why you haven't gotten an RFE and going further to state that it's unusual! Haha very funny! 😏 not! Please pray to not have any RFE, it delays your case..RFE means they need more closure from you because they are not satisfied with your petition! Is this what they are itching for you to receive? Don't forget this process takes time...you just might go straight to an approval. If it makes you feel better, contact your congressman to enquire..they are very helpful. It's gonna be ok dear.😊👍

They are your representative, your voice and everything in between. Google who is representing you (congressman/woman)..give them a call they'll take it from there!👍

I have seen two recent Vawa applicant being approved and No interview 😮 has been made for them straight to I-485 approval after courtesy letter received and request for evidence for I-693 received, one of them is in Long Island NY office... I was very surprise hope some of us get a straight approval... 

Probably depends on the nature of their case. Whatever it is it's a special grace! Nice to know that. Godbless them and grant us all favour as well AMEN!😊🙏

I applied December 2017 and just got approved this month, so you just have to wait a bit longer thats all. Contact congressman, they can be very helpful.

I have a very hard question. I hope some of you may know the answer. I came as F1 student and I had worked campus 2019 for 6 month. I got married to abusive spouse and applied wawa. My total payment was 680 dolar. I did not file a tax. Should I file tax now or I become exempt. I dont want to be worried for 680. What Should I do? Are they gonna ask in the adjustment interview?

oh woahhhh that’s a Good news this was how vawa use to be before things changed few years ago , it used to be from Approval straight to green card without interview ....I hope they start doing it again..

if you made $ 680 for the entire year then you do not need to file. you will be fine.

Recently USCIS if they issue EAD C31 and you already have a pending EAD C09 renewal they will denied the C09 base one... But this does not happens every time, they sometimes issue both of them.  Also after sending your renewal on time you will have 180 days extension i think you will have no gap.
