Then how officer responded your answer?

She was very serious so she just nodded and proceeded to another question.

Hey everyone, thank you all so much for sharing your experiences with I360, it was incredibly helpful. I filed I360 and I485 in December 2017, in August 2019 I moved from NYC to Houston. Same month I receiver ROE, responded in Sept 2019. Last week my I360 status changed to card being produced and Feb 10, 2020 it said card is being mailed. I understand it will be EAD with c31 category. I had to contact congressman and ombudsman office, cause they took 4 months after ROE submission plus processing times were past my submission date. My question is, would I be able to use congressman/ombudsman/anything else to speed up EOS interviews? Need to travel asap for personal reasons and afraid to travel before GC, even though I have AP. Thanks a lot!

Hi guys!!

Finally I was able to get an Infopass appointment and will be next Wednesday!!! I have never had one before and my last interview experience was tough...LOL

I am planning to ask about an RFE for my Form I-485, be sure about my address and still not getting receipt notice for the renew of my I765...

I would like to ask as many questions as I can... but I do not know what else??? any advice???

Also, I am wondering if I can bring with me stuff like... I864w... tax docs... that kind of document that they might request in the AOS interview... ????

Best to take those documents to your i485 interview than submitting them before hand. Just my advice. There must have been a reason you scheduled infopass..hold onto that and anything else you feel you would like to know write them down..so you can have a field day.. ask the officer everything. Goodluck.👍

Here is a Public Charge Update for filing I-485 starting on February 24th.

Who Does Not Need to Submit Form I-944 or Form I-864

You are exempt from the public charge ground of inadmissibility and do not need to file Form I-944 or Form I-864 with your Form I-485 if you are applying under one of the following categories:

A.      VAWA self-petitioner. However, if you are a VAWA-self-petitioner adjusting as an alien worker under the employment-based preference categories where a relative filed Form I-140 for applicant or has a five percent or more ownership interest in the business that filed Form I-140, you may have to file Form I-864.  Please note that Form I-864W is no longer required, so you do not need to submit a separate Form I-864W with your Form I-485.
