@Stillwinning!!!😊 really? There are September 2018 approval? I applied September 2018. I know my case is very close this is the 17th month. I had one year prima face that will expire by March 4. Except initial RFE that we sent the response last February no other update yet. The only thing that was not included then was my therapy session, but it contain my evaluation report and hospital report. Eagerly waiting.

Glad you've been here long enough to know there are still cases pending from 2017 and even before..it all depends on the cases and the pace of the officers. So it shouldn't come as a surprise to you especially.😊 That said..wait for it, it will surely come!🙏

Hi All,

 

I just went to my GC interview this morning. My interview was about 20 min long. 

Officer was kind of bitchy - she asked:

 

the yes/no questions. 

 

All the locations/addresses I've lived, marital status and how I supported myself all these years. 

 

I went by myself without a lawyer. I've been arrested once on a domestic violence misdemeanor (case dismissed) she asked for the certified copy of arrest and court disposition. After that she asked for the

I864w form. She did not ask for all my passports - thankfully the latest one with my last visa. At the end of the interview she said my case will go under review and she will try to make a decision today. 

 

Praying everything was right, I will keep you posted if anything changes.

Some officers just like to be overly formal..while others make you feel relaxed and are friendly💁 don't worry about the negative energy..your approval is sure. Accept my congratulations!🙌😊

Not the approval notice itself my dear..but the breech of confidentiality in VAWA cases..information is not supposed to be given out without security protocols.

I went to congressmen's office today. A female worker there was very helpful. When i explained her everything. She called NBC, she got the news from them that my application is given to an officer to make the decision. I should hear from them within 15 to 30 days. 

 

I was surprised that over the phone i was given wrong information that my applications are at Vermont and i need to write a letter to them. 

so guys i just received a notification that my AP has been approved. Thanks God. 

However there is no notification on EAD yet. I am waiting.

Hey Sandra It was me who made that requested i thought they will not even answer, I was advice by another friend from the Visa Journey who requested and they also sent her approval letter, also my attorney told me it will worked.. For some Reason USCIS is responding to online e-request on missing or not received approval letter for I-360. Further more the I-360 all category including special immigrant option is show on the drop box of the E-request page (which if not possible it should not even show I-360, I was also surprise) and that inquiry case #  at the end of my case said VSC initial for Vermont Service Center.  Two days later inquiry was assigned to an officer status change to approved and approval letter sent and received.

sorry for that many questions, I want your opinion on the detailed evaluation report prepared by a Phd.LPC, who is not a psychologist ,will be valid in the eyes of vawa adjudicator or they just consider report prepared by psychologist?
