Hey guys.

My ex husband cannot to leave me alone with his threatening with me being deported.

I will attach the screen.

I have no idea what does he mean under โ€œyouโ€™ve been doneโ€ because I didnโ€™t do to him anything bad. Except calling police on him which he is thinking he didnโ€™t deserve.

ย

So my question is:

if he will write some letter to USCIS will they process it?

After the decision on I-360 will be made?

Does someone know if it will affect in my adjustment of status.

He knows my case number for I-485

ย

I guess he wants to use against me some lie about me coming here and using him for green card. Which is not true!

If I really wanted to take any chances for get green card it will be so stupid to fight with him two months before interview.

If I really wanted just this I would be an angel and wonโ€™t try to go away from him.

Iโ€™m so sorry, you are going through this, best believe that USICS are not stupid and know marriage can be complicated, they also know America citizens use green card to abuse and victimize their spouse. Hope you have a lawyer cuz itโ€™s possible he will contact immigration. Be prayerful, u will be vindicatedย

Hi! Iย flew two times domestically and nobody ask me about my immigration status. They checked my foreign passport, but nobody even open to see if I had a visa or anything like that. I had all my receipts with me (I-360 and even my Prima Facia). I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think there's a problem if you don't have your PF - If they want to check your immigration status, they will see that youย have a pending petition, and there's no problem if you're not crossing borders.

Within 100 miles of the border there will a check point if you're going close to Mexico or Canada you might get stop by border Patrol

Would anyone know if presenting EAD is enough to renew expiring driver license? Thank you all!

DMV will renew your DLย  based on your EAD card, but your DL will have the same expiration date as your EAD.

I've had the same situation, whenย they asked me if I've applied forย EAD renewal and to show them my petition.

They used my EAD renewal application not my existing EAD card to renew my Driver license.

Dear all,ย

ย

I received my Prima Facie a while back (November 2018) and it expired on November 2019. I didn't received any extension! What should I do?ย

Applied for I-1360, I-485 and 1-131+Work Permit in November 2018.ย

ย

In addition, today I was looking for the original Prima Facieย but I couldn't find it (might be lost on the 1000 paperworks of my case)ย ย Could this be a problem? I have a copy at my lawyer office.ย

ย

Thank you so much for all the answers!ย

You have an attorney..he or she should know to request another PF. An expired PF whether lost or notย is no cause for alarm! Soon you'll get your i360 approval. It's coming!๐Ÿ‘

USCIS does not take into consideration anything anyone else that's NOT you says or presents! VAWA cases are protected andย confidential...that's why it's difficult for even the petitioner to get info freely about their case. If he is that idle and (obviously) mean to monitor and try to contact USCIS..let him go ahead..it will amount to nothing! It will be a futile attempt! Concentrate on the advancement of your case, your life and other positive things. Do not give in to fear, anxiety and doubts! That's what he wants..to get you all disturbed and bothered. Pay him no mind!๐Ÿ’

Hey guys!ย

May 2019 filer, no Prima facia yet. Had an initial RFE (aug) which Iย responded to and Vermont got it as well. I don't want to apply for any benefits but want to fly domestic... @sandranjย you did recommended not to fly domestic without a PF.ย  I did apply for AP and renewal of work permit but those are gonna be a while from what we see these days... what shall i do?ย

Flying domestic doesn't pose any problems in my experience. That said, it still does you good to always be armed with relevant documents and i.d incase an unexpected situation arises. I recently returned from Houston TX and no official looked at me funny..to and fro. Successful trip โœˆ๐Ÿš€ย i'ld say!๐Ÿ’ I frequently travel within the U.S. and have never had any incident..nevertheless I always carry proper documentation like I advised above.๐Ÿ‘

Yes all of them are tryingย to brake our peaceย and calm.

I donโ€™t know what he wants to use for prove our โ€œfraud marriageโ€ because this is not true. And he knows it but I guess he is scared that he will have some troubles because of me being here in US. So he is trying convince even himself that I used him for the green card.ย

Ive gone from his life but even after this he is trying to hurt me behind my back.

I hope everything will will be good.

ย

Thank you guys for your response!

im so appreciated!!!

I donโ€™t have a lot of time to be here but I know that here is my โ€œsafeโ€ place where all of us understand what is going on in our heads, hearts and souls.

Hope every single one of us will get approval of I-360 and after this we will be happy.

ย

And Iโ€™m going to get a therapy again because I canโ€™t get rid of feel of guilt he put so deep inside.

Logically ย I understand that this is not my fault but somewhere inside this feeling of guiltย makingย ย a hole in my heart.

Hello Dear House,

ย

Iโ€™ve had 2 tourist visas in my life. Out of those I only have the latest one in my possession. The interview notice says to bring all the expired visas with me but my first I do not have it (only a scan of it)

ย

has anybody had this experience before or do you think it might be a cause for denial?

ย

thank you in advance ๐Ÿ™
