Hi , i sent my vawa 3 month ago. i wanna divorce but i don't know what address does he live , because he changed his address. How can i let him know , because it need his signature right? how long does divorce take?  does it take long time without his signature?

I'm in the same statition. I have no idea where she lives. It will take more time if she did not sing it, but paper must be served to your spouse. if ıt did not. Judge will decide what will happen.

@sandranj and other knowledgable people of this forum I need help. During the course of my therapy by  a well reputed PSYCHOLOGIST, I requested for a  complete psychological evaluation report. He declined to do evaluation on the basis of ," Conflict of Interest", but issue me a letter stating facts and that I was suffering from P.T.S.D.  When I contacted other psychologists, their fee was very high and was beyond my reach. Finally, I got evaluation report done by a licensed PhD, LPC, MEd. So my question is, does it carries weight or as some people suggest I should go for another evaluation report?

Hi everybody! Wish you all a happy weekend.

I have a question, when I submitted I360 I765 and I465 was included copy of  my passport with my tourist visa, on this it shows my maiden name but my marriage certificate is my first name + husband's last name. Im still married with him. But no any other document states my name with his last name

My question is when EAD finally arrives what name is going to show?

And if this will be a problem in the future

Thx!

Your documents will be issued in the name that you placed on the petitions.  You will encounter a problem with verification of employment, if your SSN is in your married name and your EAD/GC is issued in your maiden name.

I don't want to apply for any benefits but want to fly domestic... @sandranj you did recommended not to fly domestic without a PF.  I did apply for AP and renewal of work permit but those are gonna be a while from what we see these days... what shall i do?

Hi! I flew two times domestically and nobody ask me about my immigration status. They checked my foreign passport, but nobody even open to see if I had a visa or anything like that. I had all my receipts with me (I-360 and even my Prima Facia). I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think there's a problem if you don't have your PF - If they want to check your immigration status, they will see that you have a pending petition, and there's no problem if you're not crossing borders.

oh... that is great. I guess i am just scared and overly cautious.

I was scared, I'll not lie! But we have to remember that we are not doing anything wrong and we are adjusting our status in this country in a legal way.

Hey guys.

My ex husband cannot to leave me alone with his threatening with me being deported.

I will attach the screen.

I have no idea what does he mean under “you’ve been done” because I didn’t do to him anything bad. Except calling police on him which he is thinking he didn’t deserve.

So my question is:

if he will write some letter to USCIS will they process it?

After the decision on I-360 will be made?

Does someone know if it will affect in my adjustment of status.

He knows my case number for I-485

I guess he wants to use against me some lie about me coming here and using him for green card. Which is not true!

If I really wanted to take any chances for get green card it will be so stupid to fight with him two months before interview.

If I really wanted just this I would be an angel and won’t try to go away from him.
