Hi guys!!

Hope everyone is having a nice Friday!

I have a question...

what happens if...

I360 approved

I485 pending

you are renewing I765 and I131 and then you get divorce and restore your name and it is not the same as all the forms already filled?

How do we change names? The support document would be the divorce decree, but is there any form available to change name? @sandranj any advice?

@Stillwinning!!!😊what month is the latest approval of I-360? I am June 2019 filler. I know it’s still a long way to go.Thanks

USCIS say they are working on February 2018 cases for now. But in reality there have been May, June, July and August 2018 approvals...so there you have it. And yes you're right..It's a long way to go. More patience!👍

Hi everybody! Wish you all a happy weekend.

I have a question, when I submitted I360 I765 and I465 was included copy of  my passport with my tourist visa, on this it shows my maiden name but my marriage certificate is my first name + husband's last name. Im still married with him. But no any other document states my name with his last name

My question is when EAD finally arrives what name is going to show?

And if this will be a problem in the future

Thx!

I filed i360 & I485 concurrently on December 2017. I-360 was approved August 2019. I’m located in Houston Texas. I-485 Case was received at my local office Do I need to wait another 24 months for them to process the I-485 after August’s approval? Or should they have processed it already since my priority date has passed a while back.

And what does it mean that the I-485 was transferred to the local office? Does it mean all the name checks and background checks and all requirements were met and I’m just in line for an interview? Or should I expect to wait a while till they process everything?

@Moe94 Hi there - could you please keep us posted on the progress with your application? I am in similar shoes and don't know if have to wait so long for I-485. If you can @ tag me so that I see your updates - will be highly appreciated!

Good luck to all of us and God Bless!!!
