Your status here right now is PENDING ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS, it means that you are in the process to change your non-immigrant status to immigrant status, then where is written other put " PENDING ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS".

It should have been transferred to your local office by now. after approval, it is usually being transferred to your local office within 30 days. it is possible you were not notified. some people do get notified while some don't. I for instance, didn't get notified of my file transfer but I received a courtesy letter within the 30 days of receiving my approval letter. I hope this helps.

Sure. If only to know the location of your i485. If it's not there yet..it might prompt them to get active. Happened for me.👍

You can check USCIS website for processing times.. RN, they are working on mid 2018 cases.

hi family,

My EAD application is pending since july last year. That was based on i-130 pending. At the end of last year i filled VAWA and last month i had interview based on i-130 which was denied since i no longer live with my abuse spouse. I believe my i-485 still pending. 

Today i called uscis regrading my i-765 pending. the agent told me she can not give me information about i-765. i have to contact Vermont service center. even though i sent the application to national benefit center. What should i do? Any advise?

After approval, it is sent to NBC for further processing.  They are the ones that send it to the local office.  It depends on their caseload, and the local office caseload when they can send it.

I think you should give more time to inquiry, approval notice just received one month ago, is very recent, they start moving along after the officially approval notice is made...

You can always ask your congressperson for assistance, so you will know where you are in line for the adjudication.  In my case, I never received any notice of file transferred, interview to be scheduled, etc....  I only received courtesy letter for medical( which came from NBC), and then I received interview letter months later.
